        Reservation Information<\/h4>\n

In case of your reservation request, confirmation information will be notified to you by e-mail, phone or fax within 12 hours. You will be charged 10% for confirmation of reservations.<\/p>\n

        Cancellation:<\/strong> After your reservation is confirmed, a 10% fee will be charged, and in case of cancellation, <1 week 25% fee, <2 days 50% fee, <24 hours 100% fee will be charged. Please inform us as soon as possible if your reservation is canceled. In the weeks leading up to holidays and public holidays, there is a refund only for cancellations made 1 month prior to the reservation.<\/p>\n
