Restaurant
To taste the best dishes and wines of Anatolian cuisine in our restaurants in our hotel, our 90-seat indoor, 45-seat rock-cave and 70-seat open-air terrace restaurant is at your service.
We are happy to welcome you with Cappadocia lamb and tandoori dishes, soups, salads, pastries and mouth-watering desserts.
Our Services
Breakfast: Breakfast is included in our room rates and is served in our indoor and outdoor restaurants. Depending on the season, different fruit juices, tea, coffee, fruits, yogurt, butter, handmade jams are available.
Dinner: In case of demand, special home-cooked meals are prepared in our region. For those on special diets or vegetarians, different options can be prepared upon request.
Room Service: Light meals or sandwiches are served until 23:00 and drinks are served 24 hours a day.

Cancellation Conditions
Reservation Confirmation: Upon request, we confirm your reservations via e-mail or fax. In case of your reservation request, confirmation information will be notified to you by e-mail, phone or fax within 12 hours. You will be charged 10% for confirmation of reservations.
Cancellation: After your reservation is confirmed, a 10% fee will be charged, and in case of cancellation, <1 week 25% fee, <2 days 50% fee, <24 hours 100% fee will be charged. Please inform us as soon as possible if your reservation is canceled. In the weeks leading up to holidays and public holidays, there is a refund only for cancellations made 1 month prior to the reservation.
