A wide choice of juices, teas, coffee, fruits, yoghurts, butter, honey, jam, breads, eggs, olives, pancake, diffirent choices of cheeses and more is offered. Special diets such as vegetarian, diabetic etc can be catered for upon request.

Dinner: We offer delicious hearty home cooked dinners to guests and their visitors by arrangement.

Room Service: A light meal and drinks room service is offered until 11 PM.

Refreshments: After check-in, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are available on the Terrace Restaurant.

Laundry: We provide laundry, dry cleaning, clothes pressing and shoe shine services.

Tours and Guides: Personal assistance with things to see and do in Cappadocia region. We may help you to find the best tour which suits you.

Rental Cars: Organised at very competitive rate sand easy airport or hotel pick-up and drop-off.

Confirming Reservations - upon inquiry we will confirm availability by Email, fax or letter or via your travel agent. We accept postal, phone, fax, and Email and travel agent bookings and will confirm these within 48 hours by return fax, Email or phone. Reservations at the time of booking / confirmation must be secured by way of a quoted personal credit card number and a 10% deposit may be requested / processed.

Cancellation Once booked and confirmed by us, 10%, <1 week 25%, <2 days 50%, <24 hours 100%. If a wait-listed person or another enquiry can take a booked room nights, then the cancellation fee for those bookings will be waived. If we have had to turn away potential guests due to a booking that is later cancelled, our cancellation policy applies. Our flexibility on cancellations is to allow for extenuating circumstances, which will be dealt with reasonably on a case-by-case basis. If there is a cancellation, please let us know early so that we may minimise any charge to you.

Check In - after 12.30pm · Check Out - before 10am (weekdays) 11am (weekends/holidays)

Early check in - Early check in and late check our - by prior arrangement if possible. We generally accommodate early check in guests if rooms are available. Otherwise, we make you very comfortable by welcoming you to the hotel, providing the use of a bathroom, checking in your baggage, advising you on things to do and see for the day and giving you a hearty breakfast. There is a nominal small charge per person for this early check in service.

Late Check In - Our front desk is open till 10:30 PM. After this we have a special self check in facility available. Arrangements must be made before hand to utilise this late check in facility.
